Embedded. Accountable. Outcome-Driven.
Most mid-sized companies and GCCs do not fail at strategy. They fail at the distance between what the leadership team decided and how the business actually runs.
Priorities blur between the boardroom and the ground. Accountability diffuses. Technology is deployed over processes that were never redesigned. The operating model quietly becomes the ceiling on growth rather than the engine of it.
The Inflection Point exists to close that gap. Not through reports and recommendations, but through embedded senior leadership, structured execution, and a defined handover condition: the business running independently when we leave.

A senior transformation leader inside your business. Accountable from strategy to operating independence. 6 to 12 months.
– Who We Serve
We work with leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, AI adoption, operating model change, or performance realignment. Our clients are not looking for advisory input. They need embedded expertise, structured execution, and sustained accountability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Organisations operating under a value creation mandate where the operating model, not the market, is the primary constraint on EBITDA performance. We work alongside PE operating partners and portfolio management teams to accelerate transformation, embed governance, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned to the investment thesis and exit horizon.
Global Capability Centres evolving from cost centres and support functions to strategic value engines. We build the operating model, governance structure, talent architecture, and AI adoption framework that makes that transition real, not aspirational, within a defined timeframe.
Companies with ₹ 50 to 1,000 crore revenue where growth has outpaced the operating infrastructure built to support it. Ownership is unclear, technology has underdelivered, and leadership is making decisions on instinct rather than real-time information. We rebuild the operating model from the inside and leave behind a business that runs on systems, not individuals.
– How We Work
Every engagement at The Inflection Point is guided by the Catalyst Framework, a structured approach to business transformation built around three sequential phases and four foundational operating pillars. It ensures that strategy, people, processes, product and service design, and technology are aligned from the outset, and that execution is sustained until measurable outcomes are achieved and owned internally.
Diagnose Before You Design.
We begin with a structured diagnostic of the organisation’s current state. Through leadership interviews, process analysis, technology evaluation, and performance data review, we identify root causes, performance gaps, and the highest-leverage opportunities for change. This phase creates a shared, evidence-based understanding of where the organisation stands and what must change before anything else is touched.
Co-Create Solutions That Will Actually Be Used.
We work with leadership and key stakeholders to design practical solutions aligned to strategic priorities and operational realities. Through structured working sessions, solution design workshops, and iterative refinement, we ensure proposed changes are grounded in how the business actually runs, not how it is supposed to run on a slide. This phase converts diagnostic insight into an aligned transformation plan with clear ownership, defined KPIs, and an execution sequence the team believes in.
Turn Strategy Into Measurable Action.
We implement prioritised initiatives, establish governance mechanisms, and embed performance tracking to ensure disciplined, sustained execution. Capability building and change support run alongside delivery to secure adoption, not just compliance. Progress is measured against defined KPIs throughout, so leadership can see real impact, not projected impact, by the time this phase concludes.
– The Foundation
Four Pillars. Every Engagement. Every Phase.
01
Leadership alignment, decision rights, accountability structures, and organisational capability built to sustain transformation after the engagement closes.
02
Workflows redesigned to remove friction, clarify ownership, and improve operational performance. Process is always redesigned before technology is deployed, not after.
03
Offerings refined and repositioned against market evidence. Pricing, differentiation, and commercial model aligned to what the business actually delivers and what the market will pay for it.
04
AI and technology integrated as a strategic enabler, sequenced into redesigned workflows, adopted by the team, and measured by business outcome, not usage metrics.
– Success Stories
A selection of recent and prior client engagements, anonymised by agreement. Each reflects the same pattern: embedded leadership, structured execution across the Catalyst Framework, and measurable outcomes aligned to defined objectives. The results belong to the clients. The methodology is ours.
FMCG Exports . India
A fast-growing FMCG export company with fragmented operations, failed technology adoption, misaligned leadership, and declining revenue. We aligned the leadership team around a Vision 2030, redesigned operations across all functions, introduced OTIF as the primary operational metric, compressed ERP and CRM implementation to 90 days each, and executed a structured leadership transition to an incoming COO.

Global Technology Firm. India GCC.
Three siloed PMO service lines with no unified governance, high attrition, and HQ-dependent decision-making. We unified the operating model across service lines, built real-time performance dashboards, established a central Operations Excellence function, and repositioned the India GCC as a high-performing independent business operation.

AI-Focused Non-Profit. United States.
Three brands with no unified strategic direction, a founder making every decision, and initiatives consuming organisational energy without contributing to strategy. We facilitated cross-border leadership alignment, established individual mission and vision for each brand, and transitioned the organisation from founder-dependent to systems-driven within three months.

Charter Aviation Firm. India GCC.
A charter aviation company with no India commercial operation, no revenue infrastructure, and no operating model to support global growth from India. We built the GCC from the ground up, establishing end-to-end revenue operations, a data-driven performance dashboard, a talent development model, and a governance structure that positioned the India entity as an independent contributor to global revenue.

– People
Founder & Strategist
“Transformation is not a deliverable. It is a result. The work is in the execution, the governance, the adoption, and the people. That is where I spend my time.”
Nidhi Singh is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Inflection Point. She has spent 20 years across PE and VC financial modelling, renewable energy research, management consulting at Capgemini, corporate leadership at RWS Group, and independent transformation advisory since 2015.
Her work is grounded in one consistent observation: most organisations underdeliver against their own potential not because the strategy is wrong, but because the operating model cannot execute it. That gap, between strategic intent and governed execution, is where every engagement begins.
Nidhi has worked across FMCG, Financial Services, Technology, Aviation, Real Estate, and Non-Profit in India, the GCC, Europe, and North America. She holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow, a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from IIT Delhi, and a BA Honours in Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
She has led business units, scaled teams across geographies, and driven measurable improvements in performance, operating efficiency, and organisational capability across India, the GCC, and international markets.
– Why The Inflection Point
Most transformation efforts separate strategy from execution, and execution from ownership. The Inflection Point does not. Every engagement integrates senior accountability, structured design, disciplined delivery, and capability transfer into one continuous system. The measure of success is not the quality of the recommendation. It is whether the business still runs on what was built after we have left.
01 –
Transformation at The Inflection Point is delivered through the Catalyst Framework, a structured system integrating three sequential phases (Explore, Engage, Execute) and four operating pillars (People, Process, Product and Service, Technology). Every engagement follows this architecture with defined outputs, governance checkpoints, and accountability at every stage.
02 –
Every engagement is structured around clear ownership, measurable milestones, and executive-level governance from day one. Accountability is maintained from strategy through to final handover, ensuring there is no gap between what was designed and what was delivered.
03 –
Solutions are built with leadership teams and functional stakeholders, not handed to them. The Engage phase creates the conditions for alignment and organisational commitment before a single initiative is launched, reducing adoption failure and implementation risk.
04 –
AI and technology are embedded into the Catalyst Framework from the outset, not added as a final implementation step. This ensures that workflow redesign precedes technology deployment, adoption is built into the design, and technology spend translates into performance gain rather than a usage metric.
05 –
Every engagement is led directly by the founder throughout its lifecycle. Strategy, design, and delivery remain under the same senior leadership from diagnostic to handover. The experience sold is the experience delivered.
06 –
Engagements are initiated rapidly, with diagnostic clarity established and the first initiatives activated within the first 90 days. This approach maintains momentum, demonstrates early value to leadership and investors, and converts strategic intent into measurable progress without an extended pre-delivery cycle.

– Begin The Conversation
Every engagement begins with a focused 30-minute diagnostic conversation to understand your priorities, constraints, and the specific gap between where the business is and where it needs to be. If there is a clear fit, we will outline the most appropriate engagement structure and next steps. If there is not, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
There is no sales process. There is no obligation. There is a direct conversation with the Founder.
